Duncan founded the group in Dubai, UAE. A former New Zealand Police Officer who has since worked in conflict zones in the Private Security world. He has conducted private investigations and protected assets & people from Government Ministers, Entertainers, Executives & VIP's across the globe and was a Security Director in the UAE leading 2000 personnel across Afghanistan, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Somalia and Turkey.

In New Zealand, Duncan is a sought after advisor to many organisations and businesses.

But it's not just the high risk, front-line operations. Duncan has worked at Strategic and Operational levels of Management which is demonstrated in his ability to work at all levels of business in the design and implementation of security and safety solutions.

He is also a Teaching Expert at one of New Zealand's leading tertiary providers in their Security Studies program.
